Mitchell is a Compensation consultant with the University of Washington, having previously worked as the Human Resources Manager at Inatai Foundation. Previously, Mitchell Mitchell served as the advancement and communications officer for the University of Washington (UW) Department of Biology and worked with Solid Ground and with Asian Pacific Islander Americans for Civic Empowerment (APACE) to advance affordable housing and voter engagement initiatives.
Mitchell interned with Pride Foundation in college and has continued being involved as a grants and scholarship reviewer. He is incredibly excited to serve more deeply with an organization that is so connected with his community and lived experiences.
