As the Senior Operations Manager, Lynne supports the financial and operational work at Pride Foundation, and brings a decade of experience in nonprofit operations. Lynne grew up mostly in San Diego (but also claims Los Angeles and Oakland as her hometowns) and has been involved in social justice movement work for 20 years in a variety of roles.

After organizing in California, Mississippi, and Washington on anti-oppression, economic justice, community development, workers’ rights, union, civic engagement, immigrant rights, and health care reform with organizations such as NAVASA, UNITE HERE, TIGRA, and Washington CAN, she started working in operations and finances at Social Justice Fund Northwest and most recently, Vision Change Win, a social justice consulting group.

Lynne started on this path thanks to her three older sisters who initiated her politicization, and the student organizing community at UCLA, where she got her degree in Sociology, Asian American Studies, and Spanish. In life, Lynne is an avid appreciator of good music, reads, and foods and enjoys learning a little about a lot of things.
