Brandy Pirtle-Guiney (she/her) is a Sr. Employee Relations Manager at Microsoft. Previously, she focused her practice on business and employment law and is a former civil rights investigator in both Oregon and Massachusetts. Brandy lives in the Alberta neighborhood of Northeast Portland with her wife, Elana, and their two kids. She’s an avid baseball fan and roots for the Boston Red Sox and the Portland Pickles. Brandy first became involved with Pride Foundation as a volunteer with the scholarship program. Impressed by the organization’s leadership and deep involvement across the region, Brandy joined the Board in 2015 and served as its President for two terms from 2019-2023, supporting the Board and CEO through the COVID-19 pandemic and its devastating impacts on our communities. Drawing on her legal background and connection to Oregon, Brandy also served on the committee that negotiated the merger between Equity Foundation and Pride Foundation in 2016.
