Justin Pabalate, a talented community leader who has worked for years in the movement for LGBTQ equality, puts his skills to work as the Executive Co-Director of Portland’s Q Center. He’s leading an organizational transformation centered around creating transparent leadership, developing responsive programming for marginalized communities, and building collaborative work across the state in service to our community. All of his work focuses on building an empowering, community-driven home for everyone here in Oregon. Pride Foundation is honored that Justin supports our work as a monthly donor, a volunteer, and a community partner.
