Kendall Clawson holds more than 35 years of nonprofit management and public service experience, and her work is rooted in cross-sector collaboration, organizational development, community building, equitable practices, and sustainable leadership. She is currently a member of the team at Inatai Foundation and is based in Seattle Washington. As Senior Portfolio Director for Leadership, Kendall shapes the Foundation’s leadership strategies by working to build an ecosystem of well-supported and connected leaders and organizations working for racial equity and justice. She also works to identify opportunities to leverage the Foundation’s status as a 501(c)(4) organization that supports sustainable leadership.
 
Kendall loves to travel, and she always brings home a piece of art from every place she visits. She is a published author of “A Kids Book About Pride,” which help kids understand the enduring bravery of LGBTQIA+ people. She has also never met a dog she doesn’t like. Kendall lives in Seattle with her wife of 33 years and her four-legged son, Blazer.
