Kailey (she/her) has spent most of her career providing trauma-informed services to survivors of gender-based violence working in both Montana and Idaho. Kailey currently works for the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) where she provides national technical assistance training to domestic violence and sexual assault programs who receive funding to help house survivors.

Through her work in the movement to end gender-based violence, Kailey has come to believe that uplifting and empowering those who have been oppressed by racist, sexist, and classist structures is the key to transforming our society. She strives to be part of the revolution to dismantle the systems of capitalism, racism, and anti-LGBTQ agendas while keeping the focus of the work human centered.

Kailey lives in the Boise, Idaho area with her son, daughter, and two dogs. When she is not working you can find her on her couch curled up reading queer fiction or an epic fantasy.
