Josef Krebs is a sixth generation Washingtonian. His career has been in arts and human services nonprofit development and leadership, beginning with graveyard shifts and grant writing with Banchero Disability Partners to senior positions with Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestras, ACT Theatre, and Actors Theatre of Louisville. In 2016 he co-founded Scandiuzzi Krebs, a holistic consulting firm for culture and community building organizations. He has taught philanthropic communications as a guest of the University of Washington and the University of Iowa, served on 10 nonprofit and community boards, and led grassroots political activism. Josef lives on Capitol Hill and collects classical music and novels.
