Announcing Our 2024-26 Community Grantees
At a time when LGBTQ+ communities are facing mounting challenges, investing in organizations that drive change at the local level has never been more critical. Today, we are proud to announce our 2024-26 Community Grant awardees—106 organizations across our region that are building spaces of advocacy, safety, and support for LGBTQ+ people. These grantees exemplify the power of grassroots leadership and community-driven solutions, and we are honored to support their work.
A Historic Investment in LGBTQ+ Communities
In 2024, Pride Foundation received the highest number of applications in our history, with 192 open applications and 256 total organizations considered. In response to this historic influx, we are thrilled to increase our total grant award size and deepen our commitment to multi-year funding.
Through our 2024-26 Community Grants cycle, we are awarding a total of $2,732,000 in funding over the next three years:

64 organizations will receive 3-year grants, totaling $2,188,000 over the next three years.

42 organizations will receive 2-year grants, totaling $544,000 over the next two years.
These investments allow organizations to focus on long-term sustainability, rather than reapplying for funding year after year. This approach aligns with our commitment to trust-based philanthropy, ensuring that LGBTQ+ communities have the resources they need to thrive.
Centering Those Most Impacted
Our funding priorities remain focused on uplifting organizations that are BIPOC-led, trans-led, and gender-expansive, as well as those working at the intersections of multiple identities and issues. We prioritize organizations that are meeting community needs where no one else is—whether due to geographic isolation or a lack of culturally competent services.
Through this funding, we continue to uphold our belief that those closest to the challenges are also closest to the solutions. Our grantees are leading work in every corner of our region, ensuring that LGBTQ+ people have access to affirming care, leadership development, housing resources, safety programs, and more.
Looking Ahead
In addition to financial support, we are committed to capacity-building beyond the check. Over the next three years, we will deepen our responsive funding strategies, expand safety and security funding, and offer webinars and virtual convenings to help grantees connect, learn, and grow together.
We are also continuing to evaluate and evolve our trust-based philanthropy practices, ensuring that we are shifting and sharing power in ways that are aligned with the needs of our communities.
