Jason Kildall is deputy director of The Yakima Humane Society, a non-profit that provides urgent and lifesaving care for animals in need. Jason is currently finishing his studies at Western Governors University, where he will be receiving a BA in Business Management.
In 2009, Jason relocated to Yakima, where he began his specialization in fund development. This eventually led to a 10 year career in non-profit management working in healthcare, higher education, performing arts, animal welfare and has held positions as director of development, director of foundation and corporate relations, executive director and deputy director.
Jason was born and raised in the state of Washington dividing his time between Kennewick and Seattle. He was taught to serve others from a young age and has remained an active member in his community serving as a volunteer, committee member and board member to Planned Parenthood, Mid-Columbia Pride, homeless and LGBTQ youth centers, Pride Foundation, Larson Gallery, Capitol Theatre, Yakima Neighborhood Health, Yakima Arts Commission, Yakima Montessori and various other volunteer based organizations. He currently resides in Yakima with his partner Dan and their 2 year old Boston Terrier, Hans.
