Alli Auldridge was raised by a pack of wild lesbians (ok, only two) in rural Vermont. She grew up in New England with her two moms, her siblings, and acast of beloved pets including dogs, cats, and the occasional goat. She spent 7 years in New York City before moving upstate to work in Governor Andrew Cuomo’s administration in the Department of Economic Development. She has also served as the Policy Associate at Services & Advocacy for GLBT Elders (SAGE) helping to improve the lives of LGBTQ older adults. Alli has experience in nonprofit communications, advocacy and development, managing these efforts for the Roxbury Film Festival in Boston and the Brooklyn Historical Society, prior to working at SAGE. She served on the Board of COLAGE, an organization dedicated to empowering youth with LGBTQ parents. She now lives in Seattle where she enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening and playing with her kids. Alli received her Bachelor’s degree from Smith College and her Master’s degree in Urban Policy from The New School.
